'F*ck you, Wrexham!' – Ryan Reynolds & Rob McElhenney's side savagely mocked by Stockport as they celebrate beating Red Dragons to League Two title with open-top bus parade

    Stockport finished four points clear of Wrexham at the top of the League Two table, securing the crown despite losing 2-1 to their Welsh rivals in the final day of the season. As they celebrated the league success with a parade through the town, the players and fans were heard singing "F*ck you, Wrexham, we've gone and won the league".

    Although they missed out on the league title, Wrexham will play in League One next season after finishing second in the table. Stockport's chant poking fun about the Red Dragons, who are owned by Hollywood superstars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, could make for some feisty ties between the two teams next season.

    After securing back-to-back promotions to book a place in League One next season, Wrexham will start preparations for the next phase of their campaign to climb up the English Football League.
